Zephra ("the Consultancy") provides AI automation and workflow optimization services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined here and in your specific Statement of Work.
2. Intellectual Property
Custom code and specific logic built solely for the Client become the Client's property upon full payment. Zephra retains rights to general automation frameworks used across multiple projects.
3. Data Privacy & Security
We operate under strict confidentiality. Zephra adheres to UK GDPR standards and will never use your proprietary data to train public AI models.
4. Fees & Payments
Project fees are outlined in individual proposals. Standard payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
